Job Responsibilities

1. Production and debugging of product PCBA and finished products:

2. Assist in customizing product specifications, product testing standards, and establishing an electronic design standard library;

3. Assist in the design and evaluation of electronic functions, operate basic testing instruments such as oscilloscopes, DC power supplies, electronic loads, etc., and output relevant test reports;

4. Product functional design verification:

5. Assist in controlling product costs;

6. Assist in product production process evaluation

7. Confirmation of product components;

8. Assist in guiding the trial production of new products;

9. Production of product related technical documents;

10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Qualifications for the position:

1. More than 1 year of PD charger design experience, and able to independently complete charger design work;

2. Proficient in digital analog circuits and familiar with electronic design workflow;

3. Comprehensive qualities: honest, stable, upright in style, proactive and enterprising, with good communication, organizational and coordination skills, and good professional ethics;

4. Technical requirements:

① Circuit analysis

② Characteristics of electronic materials

③ PCBLayout software

④ Electric soldering iron

⑤ Oscilloscope

⑥ Multimeter

⑦ Basic computer operations

Job Description

IPQC

1. Familiar with various electronic components.

2. Appearance inspection standards for power supplies.

3. Familiar with the use of 5E1M.

4: Process control, equipment inspection, on-site problem-solving, and development of temporary improvement measures.

5: Understand basic computer operations and office software usage.

IQC

1: Serious and meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility, possessing good quality awareness, with over one year of IQC inspection work experience, electronic factory inspectors are preferred.

2: Familiar with using office software and measuring tools, familiar with electronic components. Incoming inspection of structures, materials, packaging materials, etc.

3: Track the return and improvement process of abnormal materials from suppliers, prepare incoming inspection reports and abnormal analysis reports, etc.
